In the three I listened to, bank teller, dietician, and criminologist, the interviewer seems to have a list of set questions and doesn't really do any followup, which isn't ideal, but is fine for lower level EAP classes (perhaps levels 3-5). They run from about three minutes to 35 minutes, but most are around 10 minutes.
