This is indeed a nice simple way for you or your students to record. A word of caution though: I've found that the site doesn't always record my messages. It seems that with longer recordings (5+ minutes) the site has trouble saving the audio and creating your hyperlink. If you're going to make a long recording, I suggest breaking it up into smaller parts.
